Jay and Eleanor Mastroianni received a Lifetime Achievement Award from CATERSOURCE during opening ceremonies at the 2010 CaterSource Conference and Trade Show at The Paris Hotel, Las Vegas. They were recognized for their 50 plus years of INNOVATION within the Catering Industry. All of us at Jay’s Catering are proud of the FOUNDATION these two trailblazers have set. Rolls-Royce and Jay’s Catering aligned for the ultra-exclusive launch of the new GHOST to an eager Orange County crowd. The Halloween themed event encompassed the essence of the holiday in a sophisticated, adult way. A unique custom cocktail creation, a 'Black Vodka Ghost Martini', was made with Black Vodka, Chambord, Cranberry Cocktail Juice and a Blackberry garnish. Passed in stemless martini glasses on silver platters covered with dry ice, the cascading smoke provided a 'ghostly' affect.
