Romantic Boho Wedding at Grand Gimeno

After finishing touches in the Powder Room and Parlor, Mattea and Myles met in the front courtyard for their first look. On the count of three, Myles turned around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a lace gown. The two shared sweet compliments, then were joined by their wedding party for group pictures. The groomsmen wore black, and the bridesmaids were dressed in pastels. Floral boutonnieres and baskets completed their looks. They posed for photos inside and outside Grand Gimeno, then lined up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed Mattea and Myles’ guest book, then took a seat in white and wicker chairs. A modern ceremony backdrop stood tall at the head of the floral-lined aisle and live music filled the air. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with the bride. In front of all their closest friends and family, Myles and Mattea read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Neapolitan and Grilled Chicken and Pesto Wood-Fired Pizzas were freshly sliced as guests entered cocktail hour. The bar was serving up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Rose Spritz and Classic Margarita, while servers tray passed Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts and Grilled Zucchini Roll Ups. Mattea and Myles snacked on hors d’oeuvres and sipped on cocktails while mixing and mingling with their guests, and just as the sun set, they invited everyone inside for reception.

Tables topped with specialty linens, candles, and fresh florals bordered a light pink and white checkered dance floor in the center of the room and pendant lighting decorated with greenery arced over each tablescape. The bride and groom made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their head table. Grilled Chicken Kabobs, Beef Souvlaki, Capellini, Pita Bread, Lemon Artichoke Orzo Salad, and Santorini Salad was served. The menu was selected by the couple with help from our event specialist, Brittany. While everyone enjoyed dinner, family and friends stood to share toasts. Afterwards, Mattea and Myles cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests out to the dance floor. The evening ended with many shared dances and well wishes for the bride and groom.
