Neutral Nuptials at The Rose Center

With a tap of the shoulder, Brian turned around to see his beautiful bride, Annie, standing before him. The light was pouring through the Rose Center windows creating an angelic glow around Annie as she went in for a hug. Emotion overcame Brian and he let out a tear as he stepped back to soak in the special moment. With love in their eyes, the couple exchanged sweet compliments, then headed downstairs to line up for their ceremony.

Candles and floral-filled bud vases lined the aisle and a wooden arbor decorated in matching flowers stood tall center stage. Guests entered the courtyard, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. Music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their family and friends, Brian and Annie recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Sesame Shrimp and Mango Spring Rolls and Sticky Pork Belly Bites were tray passed around the courtyard while the bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Midori Sour and Moscow Mule. While guests mixed and mingled, the bride and groom wandered around the venue with their photographer posing for pictures together as husband and wife. Upon their return, it was time for dinner.

A neutral palette covered the reception space inside with small pops of color from fresh floral centerpieces. Annie and Brian made their grand entrance, shared their first dance under sparkling chandeliers, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Thai Three Flavored BBQ Chicken, Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork, White Rice, and Spicy Szechuan Green Beans were served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. Toasts were shared while everyone ate, and afterwards, dessert was unveiled. The newlyweds cut into their wedding cake and invited everyone out to the dance floor. The evening ended with plenty of dancing and posing for photos inside a photo booth where guests could take home a picture keepsake.
