Modern Fall Wedding at Grand Gimeno

After getting ready in the Powder Room and Parlor, Gabby and Shoo met outside in the Olive

Grove at Grand Gimeno for their first look. Smiles filled their faces when they saw eachother and sweet compliments were shared. The couple read personal vows together and posed for pictures around the venue before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests signed Shoo and Gabby’s guest book and took a seat outside facing the venue where a fall floral backdrop was displayed. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Gabby. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Crab Cakes, Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts, and Thai Chicken Spring Rolls were tray passed, the pizza oven was cranking out fresh ‘za, and Paloma and Old Fashioned signature drinks along with beer, wine, and other cocktails were being mixed and poured at the bar. Guests mingled and posed for selfies with the newlyweds, and just as the sun began to set, everyone headed inside for dinner.

Tables were topped with flickering candles and fresh floral centerpieces that matched the modern fall theme. Gabby and Shoo made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Pear & Walnut Salad was served as toasts began. Friends and family stood to share their memories of the bride and groom while Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Haricot Verts and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes swapped plates with the salad course. The meal was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Kristy. After dinner, the newlyweds invited everyone to indulge in our Latin Dessert Station with a collection of Petit Tres Leches Cakes, Mini Caramel Custard Flan, Coconut Macaroons, Churro Eclairs, and Mexican Wedding Cookies for dessert. The evening ended with a group picture and plenty of dancing out on the dance floor.
