Fresh Fruits and Flowers Decorated This Grand Gimeno Wedding

Mandy and Henry got ready with their bridesmaids and groomsmen inside the Powder Room and Parlor at Grand Gimeno, then met in the Foyer for their first look. With family and friends watching from the sidelines, a tap of the shoulder turned Henry around to see his stunning bride. An emotional exchange was shared between the couple as the crowd cheered. After showering each other in sweet compliments, the bride and groom were joined by their bridesmaids in blue and groomsmen dressed in black for group pictures. Laughs were shared as the group smiled for the camera around the venue, and as soon as guests began arriving, the group lined up for ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed Mandy and Henry’s guest book, then took a seat. White floral arrangements marked the back of the aisle and a matching floral arch stood tall up ahead. Once everyone had arrived, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their friends and family, Henry and Mandy read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

The bride and groom were greeted at the beginning of cocktail hour with their signature drinks, an Aperol Spritz and Paloma, and snuck away with their photographer for photos together as husband and wife. Meanwhile, guests mixed and mingled in the Olive Grove where tray passed Mini Turkey and Ham Palm Sandwiches, Sticky Pork Belly Bites, and Thai Vegetable Spring Rolls made their rounds. When the sun began to set, the newlyweds made their way back to join their guests for the end of cocktail hour. The couple posed for selfies and thanked as many guests as they could, then invited everyone inside for reception.

Tables were topped with floral centerpieces and fresh fruits like figs, grapes, and pears. Guests checked the seating chart and took a seat at their assigned tables. Henry and Mandy made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then sat at their sweetheart table just in time for dinner. Thai Three Flavored BBQ Chicken, Honey and Ginger Glazed Salmon, Broccolini Spears, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Pear and Walnut Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. While everyone enjoyed their meal, family and friends stood and made toasts. Glasses clinked in the air and plates were cleared for dessert. The newlyweds cut into their two-tiered marble wedding cake with cappuccino creme filling and invited their guests to indulge in a little something sweet with them. The evening ended with plenty of dancing out on the dance floor and well wishes for the bride and groom.
