A Southern California native, Chris Kuhles grew up helping her mother with her catering business, which exposed her to diverse foods and cultures. Chris has been working as an Event Specialist with Jay’s for more than 15 years, but prior to joining our team, she spent 10 years working for a yacht charter company in Newport Beach. Chris became an expert at coordinating full service catering and regularly encountered Jay’s during this time. She was impressed by the standard of food, service, and staff that Jay’s consistently held to. Her experience in the event planning world allowed Chris to gage Jay’s superior level of service, making for an easy transition into her current role. For more than 7 years, Chris led event planning at the Carson Community Center on Jay’s behalf. As an Event Specialist, Chris has a talent for fostering client bases. Timelines, floor plans, and special requests are also within her realm of expertise. She specializes in making small events memorable affairs, stays on the cutting edge of the business, and still gets calls from clients she served years ago who remember her impeccable level of service.
