As a San Juan Capistrano local herself, Samantha has thrived in the food and restaurant industry ever since she was able to work. Moving her way up the ladder, she gained experience as a restaurant manager working closely with a well-known OC chef that sparked her interest in catering, fine-dining, and the hospitality industry. While doing this, she also helped her mom plan events ranging from weddings, birthday parties, bridal showers, and more. She was able to learn firsthand everything that goes into planning events both big and small, and made many connections along the way. With a passion for cooking and hosting events of her own, it only made sense for her to eventually make her way into the catering realm.
Samantha eventually found her way to Ellie’s Table, a Jay’s Catering owned café, working as a front of house team member and in time became the Ellie’s Table Catering Specialist. As she moved into to her current position, she knew the potential that Ellie’s Table had and worked with Jay’s Catering/Ellie’s Table’s CEO, Linda, to begin creating and expanding the Ellie’s Table catering division into what it is today.
Samantha loves being able to take the stress away from her clients when assisting in their special events. Helping new and returning customers brings her joy and she can’t wait to work with you!
