Working her way up different management roles throughout college in the food and beverage industry led Emily straight to Jay’s Catering! With her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management from San Jose State University, Emily spent most of her time in college diligently working in the current industry she resides. The pandemic, however, prompted a slight shift in her career path leading her back home to Southern California where she began working at Jay’s in an admin/receptionist role. Her go-getter attitude and work ethic always kept her intrigued by the event specialist role, and that interest led her to taking on additional responsibilities deepening her knowledge in the field. Seeing her clear determination, Emily was soon hired on as a Jay’s Catering Event Specialist.
Today, Emily assists clients with their special events from small to large. She loves being a part of their special moments like weddings and milestones, bringing a sense of personal fulfillment to her. She finds that helping create joy and lasting memories for her clients incredibly rewarding and looks forward to working with you!

1: Emily is a dog mom to a feisty corgi/French bulldog mix named Scout.
2: She loves going to new breweries.
3: Avid concert goer.
