White Rose Wedding at The Estate on Second

The Crystal Ballroom at The Estate on Second was transformed into a sea of white roses. From the aisle to the arbor, petals and flowers were arranged perfectly for Camille and Johnny’s wedding day. The bride and groom met just outside of The Estate for their first look after Camille shared a first look with her father. With a tap of the groom’s shoulder, he turned around to see his bride standing before him in a gorgeous lace gown and veil. Camille couldn’t stop her tears from flowing when she saw Johnny in his navy 3-piece suit and white tie for the first time that day. After gathering themselves together, the two regrouped with their bridesmaids and groomsmen in front of the outdoor fountain for photos. The groomsmen matched Johnny in navy suits but wore blush ties instead of white. The bridesmaids were dressed in blush maxi dresses and held bouquets of white and pink roses to go with the theme of Johnny and Camille’s wedding. The group made lasting memories that were captured on film before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests arrived at The Estate and signed Camille and Johnny’s guest book before heading inside and taking a seat on either side of the aisle. Once everyone had arrived, the ceremony music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. The bride and groom exchanged vows at the head of the aisle in front of family and friends, and at the end of the ceremony, were pronounced husband and wife. An uproar of cheering escorted the newlyweds out of the Crystal Ballroom and into cocktail hour.

Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Fig, Goat Cheese & Mascarpone Tarts were served to hungry guests and the bar was pouring a selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Guests mixed and mingled while Johnny and Camille were outside spending a moment alone soaking in golden hour before rejoining the party. While everyone was busy during cocktail hour, the Crystal Ballroom space was flipped from ceremony to reception. White linens topped each table and floral centerpieces tied all the decor together. Navy napkins were folded so that the individually placed dinner menus peeked out the top and flickering candles added an element of romance to the already charming space.

Guests found their assigned tables at the seating chart in the ballroom that was decorated in eucalyptus and roses and took a seat. Shortly after, Johnny and Camille made their grand entrance into their first dance. After the crowd oohed and aahed at their first dance, the newlyweds sat at their head table with their groomsmen and bridesmaids. Toasts were shared, then dinner was served. The wedding menu consisted of Chicken Sonoma, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Caesar Salad. Our Event Specialist, Brianna, assisted the bride and groom in their menu selection during the planning stages to ensure every guest would be pleased. The classic menu did not disappoint and 5-star reviews could be heard around every table. Once dinner plates were finished, the cake was cut and served. While enjoying cake, the bouquet and garter toss took place on the dance floor. Laughs were shared all around as guests watched the festivities unfold. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor stealing away the bride and groom for a dance.
