White and Blue Wedding at Grand Gimeno

After getting ready in the suites at Grand Gimeno, Nicki and Jake met in the Courtyard for their first look as their wedding party watched from the side windows. A tap on the shoulder turned Jake around to see his beautiful bride and smiles immediately filled both their faces. Sweet words were shared, then the couple was joined by their wedding party for group pictures inside and outside the venue. The bridesmaids were dressed in sky blue, and the groomsmen wore tan, and together, they made lasting memories before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed Nicki and Jake’s guest book, then found a seat. Flower petals lined the aisle and white and blue floral arrangements marked the front and back. As soon as everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Nicki. In front of all their family and friends, the bride and groom read their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts made their rounds around the Olive Grove for cocktail hour while the bar served up Paloma and Tom Collins signature drinks and the pizza oven sliced Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Carnitas Chipotle Pizzas. Guests gathered around the fire pit and sat at the white and tan modern lounge by the fireplace to mix and mingle until the end of cocktail hour.

Inside, tables were topped with white and blue details from the floral centerpieces and candles to the napkins and menus. The newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, the took a seat at their sweetheart table. Chicken Marsala, Filet Mignon Carvery, Penne Alla Checca, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Green Beans, and Caesar Salad was served while family and friends shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. Afterwards, Jake and Nicki cut into their personal wedding cake and invited everyone to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Cream with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
