With over 50 years’ experience in catering and events and a long lineage of family, food, and fun, both Jay’s Catering and Ellie’s Table are committed to providing best-in-class and overall excellent experience for their Southern California clientele. With a hands-on, boutique style approach, the two companies focus 100% of their attention on each individual client or customer whether that be their first phone call with one of Jay’s Catering’s Event Specialists, or taking their customers taste buds on a journey with the latest trending culinary creations and twists on traditional and world cuisines at Ellie’s Table. While Jay’s has the manpower and experience in efficiently and effectively completing an event from set up to tear-down while giving nothing but their full attention to their guests and the cuisines they are cooking, Ellie’s Table provides comfort in their warm café atmospheres, friendly staff encounters and traditional recipes passed down generation to generation.
Lovingly rooted in family tradition and passed down three generations beginning with Ellie herself in 1953, Ellie’s Table recipes are both imaginative, true to the essence of Ellie’s cooking, ever evolving, and all-encompassing to special diets such as Gluten-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian. From weddings and corporate events to deliciously plated breakfasts and homemade pastries, the Jay’s Catering and Ellie’s Table teams are dedicated to assessing their clientele’s needs in order to flawlessly construct their dream event, or simply put a smile on their face with a fresh out of the oven croissant. We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our Jay's Catering or Ellie's Table Boardwalk team who believe in the Ellie’s Table motto, “happiness is homemade,” and have a dedication to delivering exceptional service whether they are behind the scenes or face to face with clients and customers.
