Valentine’s Day Themed Wedding at The Estate on Second
Love was in the air for Jackie and Mark’s Valentine’s Day themed wedding at The Estate on Second. The couple met upstairs for their first look and smiles filled their faces when they laid eyes on each other. Sweet compliments were exchanged and the two read personalized vows before heading outside for photos with their wedding party. The bridesmaids and groomsmen wore black to contrast Jackie’s white dress, and Mark wore maroon. Together, the group wandered around the promenade creating lasting memories for years to come.
Guests arrived at The Estate, signed Mark and Jackie’s guest book, then took a seat inside the Crystal Ballroom. Pink tulle, red flowers, and romantic candles decorated the ceremony space to match the Valentine theme. As soon as everyone was accounted for, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Jackie. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Red Roasted Cherry Tomato Bruschetta and Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed during cocktail hour and the bar was serving the newlywed’s signature drinks, a French 75 and Melon Margarita. Jackie and Mark ventured out with the photographer for photos together as husband and wife while guests mixed and mingled. Upon their return, it was time for dinner.
Tables were topped with tall red and light pink candlesticks and red flowers. Once everyone was seated, the newlyweds made their grand entrance and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Chicken Parmigiana, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Caesar Salad were served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. Champagne was popped and toasts were shared by family and friends. Jackie and Mark shared their first dance under sparkling chandeliers, then cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Homemade Donuts and Cookies and Milk Shots. The evening ended with a celebratory callejoneada, lots of dancing, and photos taken at a photo booth to commemorate the special day.
