Two Become One at Forme Los Angeles

After tying the knot at their local church, Melyssa, Ivan, and their wedding party headed to Forme to continue the celebration. Upon arrival guests were greeted with Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Thai Chicken Spring Rolls and the bar was serving up the bride and groom’s signature cocktails, a Classic Margarita and Paloma. A lounge complete with mustard colored couch offered guests a place to sit back and relax until dinner while mingling amongst each other. Meanwhile, Melyssa and Ivan wandered around the venue with their photographer for sunset romantics. Once everyone had enjoyed small bites and a few drinks, they headed inside for the reception.

Tables were draped in ivory linen and topped with fresh floral sprigs and candles. As soon as everyone was seated, the brides and groom made their grand entrance into their first dance. Guests cheered as the two swayed from side to side and ended with a dip. Afterwards, toasts were made by family and friends and glasses clinked in the air as each speech came to an end. To incorporate both families becoming one, Melyssa and Ivan honored their heritage with cultural dances, then dinner was served. Santorini Chicken, Tri-Tip Carvery, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Almond Rice Pilaf, Tangerine Pecan Salad, and Grilled Marinated Vegetables filled guest’s plates and the bride and groom thanked everyone for coming. Towards the end of dinner, Melyssa and Ivan cut into their marble wedding cake with buttercream icing and invited their guests to indulge in dessert. On a sugar high, and with love in the air, everyone ended the night on the dance floor surrounding the bride and groom.
