Tropical Taste of Jay’s at The Executive Hangar Featured by BizBash

At the end of April, we hosted our first ever Taste of Jay’s at The Executive Hangar and opened our venue doors to corporate, non-profit, and wedding clients to showcase the space. Inspired by Tulum and summer vacation, we teamed up with a talented list of collaborating vendors to provide our attendees with an unforgettable experience.

Guests were greeted on The Executive Hangar’s tarmac at a large, fluted bar complete with lush greenery backdrop and bamboo arch install for check in and ushered into the event by a bamboo lined pathway leading to permanent jewelry, fragrance making, and cigar rolling experiences and taco and melt bar food stations. Heading inside the hangar, the first thing guests saw front and center was a grand bar complete with boho pendant lights, lush leafy prints, and bright florals serving up tropical cocktails and other refreshing drinks (because all good vacations start with a refreshing bevy!). Making their way around the inside of the hangar, guests were able to try a collection of food stations offering chicken assortments, poke, tacos, melts, pasta, dessert, and more. Intermingling with the food stations were small planes and helicopters and even more immersive experiences like live screen printing, live foil engraving, a golf simulator, a photo booth, and live event painter to treat and excite our guests. If guests found themselves needing a moment to relax during all the fun, multiple designed lounges and tables were set up around the space where guests could sit back, snap Instagram worthy photos, snack, and sip.
