Tie-Dyed the Knot at The Estate on Second [Real Wedding]
Karissa and Andrew tied the knot at The Estate on Second with their bridesmaids and groomsmen by their sides. The couple shared their first look in The Attic after reading personalized notes they each made for one another and then headed down the aisle. The Crystal Ballroom was decorated in golden palms, pampas grass and anemones. At the head of the aisle stood a pampas grass arch that tied together all the little golden details that decorated the venue. Karissa’s bridesmaids wore light pink dresses to add a pop of color to the neutral florals that decorated The Estate and brought out the pink flowers in each of their bouquets. Vows were exchanged, a kiss was shared, and cheers were shouted as the ceremony ended and cocktail hour began. Tray passed Chicken Empanadas with Cilantro Sour Cream were being served to guests and the bar opened with two signature cocktails: “Naps on the Beach” – a coconut mai tai and “Love Shack” – a classic margarita.
After cocktail hour guests found their seats and sat at tables decorated in blue tie-dyed table runners with golden florals as centerpieces. Pollo Asado, Beef Flautas, Black Beans, Spanish Rice, Tortilla Chips and Mexican Caesar Salad was served. Toasts were made, dances were shared, and the cake was cut before the end of this very special day.
