Terracotta Fall Wedding at Forme Los Angeles

A rustic, boho invitation suite with hand drawn map perfectly matched the terracotta theme of this wedding styled shoot at Forme Los Angeles. Deckled envelope edges mimicked the raw edged ribbon tied around the bride’s fall inspired bouquet. Natural died strawflowers, rust ranunculus, mauve specialty roses, brown bunny tails, bleached fern, and deep greens were arranged with sprigs organically scattered about the bridal bouquet and decor bundles across the venue. The bride dressed in a silk organza gown with ruffled sleeve, hem and low back details. A veil with dainty lace trim and metal star crown completed her look.

Against the statement wall inside Forme marked the ceremony backdrop which was a large floral floor arrangement and vintage rug. Black chairs were spaced out to be socially distant and small bundles of flowers were adhered to them adding little bursts of color. Just behind the ceremony set up were the reception tables. Tan suede and rust colored chairs sat 8 guests per table and tall candlesticks ran down the length of each table accompanied by pears and chestnuts. Rattan placemats, black and white ceramic plates, gold flatware and printed menus marked each place setting and large arrangements of fall colored flowers acted as stunning centerpieces. At the end of the tables were even more greenery and flowers along with large wicker floor lanterns giving the space a boho touch. A small wooden cake table was set up near the ceremony space and held a 3-tier orange and white cake with flower detail that looked almost too pretty to eat. Just outside in the spacious courtyard was a terracotta lounge with accent chairs, couch, wooden table and poufs for extra seating. Of course, additional flowers decorated the space bringing the lounge to life.

The shoot ended right at golden hour with the bride and photographer taking full advantage of the beautiful light and shadows our sliding glass doors provide by changing into a second look. Every minute detail was beautifully executed and showcased how versatile Forme really is.
