Stoneware and Organic Greens Wedding at Grand Gimeno

After getting ready in the Powder Room and Parlor at Grand Gimeno, Jasmine and Justin met for their first look. A brush of the shoulder turned Justin around to see his beautiful wife standing before him and an emotional exchange was shared. The two showered each other with compliments, read personalized vows, and were then joined by the rest of their wedding party for group pictures. The groomsmen were suited up in black and the bridesmaids were dressed in green. Together, the group of friends smiled for the camera creating lasting memories from the start of this special day.

Guests entered the Olive Grove and took a seat facing Grand Gimeno. Potted plants and foliage decorated the ceremony space. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Jasmine and Justin recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss as guests cheered from the sidelines.

Inside, music filled the Foyer for cocktail hour. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed and Braised Pork Belly Steamed Buns were placed out for guests to enjoy. The newlywed’s signature drinks, a Cadillac Margarita and Aperol Spritz, were poured at the bar as refreshment and the bride and groom made their rounds greeting their guests. After mixing and mingling, everyone was invited back outside for reception.

Tables were topped with stoneware plates, gold flatware, organic floral centerpieces, and green produce. Jasmine and Justin made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. To kick off toasts, the newlyweds popped champagne bottles and poured the bubbly atop a coupe tower. Grilled Panzanella Salad was served as the first guest got up to share a speech. Glasses clinked in the air, then the entrée course of Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Gourmet Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Green and White Asparagus was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. After dinner, guests were able to enjoy dessert and pose for pictures at the photo booth. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
