Simply Stated Estate on Second Wedding

While Daniel suited up upstairs at The Estate on Second, Cindy and her bridesmaids finished accessorizing downstairs for the big day. Each bridesmaid was dressed in a taupe-colored dress and Cindy wore a beautiful tulle and lace gown. Once both parties were ready, Cindy headed up for her first look with Daniel. Daniel awaited his bride, back turned towards the stairway entrance and bouquet in hand. He could hear footsteps approaching, and with a tap of the shoulder he turned around to see his bride. Huge smiles filled their faces as Daniel extended an arm to hand Cindy her bridal bouquet. The two soaked in this moment alone by reading personalized vows to one another before rejoining their party outside for group photos.

Family and friends began arriving to The Estate, so the wedding party headed inside to line up for ceremony. Guests signed the bride and groom’s guestbook, grabbed a prayer card, then took a seat inside the Crystal Ballroom. Arrangements of greenery and white flowers lined both sides of the aisle and marked where Cindy and Daniel would soon be sharing their vows. As soon as everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Cindy and Daniel recited traditional vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss. Everyone cheered as the newlyweds exited the Crystal Ballroom.

Beer and wine were poured for cocktail hour while Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Crab Cakes, and Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed to hungry guests. While everyone mixed and mingled, the bride and groom wandered around downtown Santa Ana for newlywed photos before rejoining their party. Cindy and Daniel took a quick peek at their decorated reception space, then invited everyone to head back into the Crystal Ballroom for dinner.

Tables were draped in ivory linen and topped with fresh floral centerpieces. Once everyone had found their seat, the newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Tables were excused one by one to the buffet that was serving Santorini Chicken, Filet Mignon Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Green Beans, and Tangerine and Pecan Salad. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Lauren, during their planning process. After everyone had filled their plate, toasts were shared. Laughter filled the room and glasses clinked in the air as each speech came to an end. Next, Cindy and Daniel cut into their cake and served slices to guests with a sweet tooth. While everyone was enjoying dessert, the newlyweds made their rounds to each table to thank guests for coming. As the night came to a close, the bride and groom made one final speech thanking all their guests for joining their celebration.
