Serra Plaza Wedding Under Sparkling Chandeliers
Emily slipped into her sparkly wedding dress and Neil suited up, then the couple met at Mission San Juan Capistrano for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Neil around to see his beautiful bride standing before him smiling from ear to ear. The two read personalized vows to each other, wandered around the Mission, then met up with their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group photos. Upon their arrival to join the group, everyone had their phones out taking pictures of the soon to be newlyweds. The bridesmaids were dressed in forest green, and the groomsmen wore black. Together, they smiled for the camera creating lasting memories to look back on, then headed to Serra Plaza for ceremony.
Guests entered Serra Plaza’s Courtyard and found a seat facing our Spanish fountain decorated in fresh florals. Matching arrangements lined the aisle and sparkling chandeliers hung above. As soon as everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Emily. In front of all their closest friends and family, Neil and Emily recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Inside the Lounge, the bar was serving up Paloma and Manhattan Martini signature drinks while Roasted Red Cherry Tomato Bruschetta and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed. Guests mixed and mingled until it was time to head back outside for reception.
Back in the Courtyard, tables were topped with tall candlesticks and floral centerpieces. Neil and Emily made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table for dinner and toasts. Chicken Parmigiana, Tortellini Corsica, Roasted Broccolini, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, and Caesar Salad was served while family and friends shared their fondest memories of the couple. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the party continued in the Lounge where our Old Fashioned Cookie Assortment with Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Snickerdoodle Cookies was on display for dessert. The evening ended with lots of shared dances and plenty of well wishes for the bride and groom.
