Rosey Estate Wedding
Runa and her bridesmaids finished accessorizing upstairs at The Estate on Second and grabbed their bouquets for photos. The bride wore a strapless, lace wedding gown and the bridesmaids were in dusty rose-colored dresses matching the pop of pink flowers throughout the wedding decor. While the girls enjoyed their time together upstairs, Teddy and his groomsmen were suited up in grey posing for the camera outside the venue. Each groomsman wore a pink tie and boutonniere, and the groom stood out from the group in an almost white suit and pink bow tie. Before long, both groups met in the Crystal Ballroom to line up for the ceremony.
Guests made sure to sign Teddy and Runa’s guest book before heading into the ballroom. The aisle was lined with bouquets of greenery and pink flowers and a matching floral installations hung from the center Palladian window. Once everyone had arrived, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Runa. It was a very emotional walk down the aisle for Runa and her father, but as soon as she was united with her groom, everything was all smiles. In front of family and friends, the bride and groom read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and were pronounced husband and wife. The newlyweds shared a kiss and exited the ceremony into cocktail hour followed by their guests.
Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Crab Cakes, Blackberry, Brie, Bacon & Jalapeno Melts and Quattro Formaggi Melts were available for guests to enjoy while sipping on refreshing beverage. The newlywed’s signature drinks, a Moscow Mule and Tom Collins, were popular picks at the bar as everyone mixed and mingled. While guests hung out downstairs, the wedding party went upstairs for a tea ceremony, then outside for group pictures. Once all the group pictures were done, everyone headed into the Crystal Ballroom for reception.
Tables were draped in ivory linen and pops of pink decorated the Crystal Ballroom. Teddy and Runa made their grand entrance into the first dance as guests watched with loving eyes. While family and friends made toasts, dinner was served. Up first, Caesar Salad. Laughs were shared around the room and glasses clinked in the air, then the main dual entree course was plated. Classic Filet Mignon and Atlantic Salmon Filet with Grilled Green & White Asparagus and Dauphinoise Potatoes. After a delicious dinner, Runa and Teddy cut their 2-tier white wedding cake with cappuccino filling and served slices to their guests. After eating their fill, everyone hit the dance floor and danced with the newlyweds for the rest of the night.
