Romantic White Floral Sofreh Aghd at Serra Plaza

Morgane and her bridesmaids got ready inside the Bridal Suite at Serra Plaza while sipping on drinks and snacking on our Mediterranean Tray. Meanwhile, Cheyenne made his way over to Mission San Juan Capistrano for his first look with Morgane. Once the girls were ready, they all headed to the Mission to meet up with the rest of the wedding party and watch the bride and groom’s first look from the sidelines. With a cue from their planner, Cheyenne turned around to see his beautiful bride standing before him. The couple exchanged sweet compliments, posed for photos together and with their wedding party, then headed back to Serra Plaza for their ceremony.

Guests entered the Serra Plaza Courtyard and found their seats under sparkling chandeliers. In front of the Spanish fountain, white flowers decorated the sofreh aghd where Morgane and Cheyenne would soon sit. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances down the aisle ending with Morgane. In front of all their family and friends the bride and groom honored tradition, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts, Chilled Shrimp Skewers, and Lamb Meatballs were tray passed around the Lounge while the bar served up Skinny Margarita and Gin and Soda signature drinks. Everyone mixed and mingled until it was time to head back to the Courtyard for reception.

Tables were topped with white floral details and champagne shantung napkins. The newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at the sweetheart table. Grilled Panzanella Salad was served while toasts were shared, followed by Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Grilled Asparagus and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited guests to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Cream with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
