Red Love at the Rose Center

Amy and her bridesmaids slipped into their dresses in the Bridal Suite at the Rose Center. Amy’s bold red lipstick matched the red dresses worn by her best friends and red roses added a pop of color to each of their bouquets. Meanwhile, just outside the Bridal Suite, Christopher and his groomsmen knotted their ties and suited up for the ceremony.

Outside in the courtyard of the Rose Center, guests entered and took a seat in front of the stage. Lanterns decorated with foliage lined the aisle and a white cross covered in gorgeous flowers stood tall center stage and was decorated at the foot with greenery and more antique glass lanterns. Christopher was first to walk down the aisle with his mother and father on either arm followed by each bridesmaid and groomsman. Amy walked out last with her father, her lace wedding gown trailing behind her. Christopher and Amy read handwritten vows to one another before sealing the deal with a kiss. Guests cheered as the bride and groom walked into cocktail hour with huge smiles on their faces.

Beef Picadillo Empanadas, Mini Al Pastor Tacos and Black Bean and Sweet Potato Empanadas were available to hungry guests while they waited for the newlyweds to return. During cocktail hour, the reception tables were placed with ivory linens and centerpieces of flowers and greenery. The bride and groom made their grand entrance into their first dance after everyone had found their seat for dinner. Our Event Specialist, Sierra, helped the couple select their delicious dinner menu of Elote Corn Salad, Ranch Style Pinto Beans, Spanish Rice, Chicken Enchiladas with Tomatillo Sauce and Beef Fajitas. Champagne toasts were shared in honor of the newlyweds before the bouquet toss and a 3-tiered marble wedding cake with raspberry creme filling was cut. The evening ended in a sparkler send off for Amy and Christopher and guests cheered as they drove away in their getaway car.
