Red and Pink Rose Center Wedding
Stephanie and her bridesmaids popped champagne and finished getting ready in the bridal suite at the Rose Center while Marcel and his groomsmen suited up nearby and headed to the venue. Each bridesmaid wore a light pink dress and Stephanie was glowing in an all-lace wedding gown. With bouquets of eucalyptus and roses, the girls headed outside for group pictures just as the guys arrived. Inside, Marcel dressed in red, and his groomsmen dressed in black, grouped together for pictures. When both parties were done, they came together for Stephanie and Marcel’s first look. Stephanie gracefully descended the staircase and tapped Marcel in the shoulder to turn around. With excitement and love in his eyes, the groom immediately went in for a hug as soon as he saw his beautiful bride. Bridesmaids and groomsmen cheered from below as the two continued down the stairs to join their party and line up for ceremony.
Guests entered the courtyard, signed Stephanie and Marcel’s guest book, then took a seat. A circular backdrop covered in white, pink and red flowers stood centerstage and petals and floral arrangements lined the aisle. Once everyone had arrived, soft music cued up and Marcel led the charge down the aisle. In front of all their closest family and friends, the bride and groom read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and shared a sweet kiss as guests stood and cheered.
Fierce games of cornhole began during cocktail hour while the bride and groom’s signature drinks, a Malibu Sunset and Blue Long Island Iced Tea were poured at the bar along with beer and wine. Stephanie and Marcel mixed and mingled with guests and even played a few rounds of cornhole before inviting everyone inside for dinner.
Inside, tables were draped in grey linen and topped with floral centerpieces that matched the ceremony backdrop which was repurposed at the sweetheart table. Guests found their assigned tables, took a seat and awaited the arrival of the bride and groom. The music turned up and the DJ began announcing members of the bridal party. An uproar of cheers came as Stephanie and Marcel made their grand entrance into their first dance. The cheering seemed to last all throughout the bride and groom’s fun, choreographed dance, then the two took a seat. Dinner was served and toasts were made. Afterwards, the newlyweds cut into their 2-tier red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and invited their guests to indulge in dessert. The remainder of the night was spent out on the dance floor surrounded by the best company.
