Project Hope Alliance Anti-Gala at Grand Gimeno

Guests were greeted at Grand Gimeno with a mimosa wall as they walked through the Courtyard for the Hope Alliance Anti-Gala. Upon arrival, tray passed Avocado Toast, Fried Chicken and Waffle Bites, and Mini Chili Relleno Quiche Tarts made their rounds, and more champagne was pouring at the Mimosa Bar with peach, orange, and cranberry juice mixers. Silent auction tables were set up and an encouraging welcome speech invited everyone to participate while they mixed, mingled, and snacked.

At noon, the doors to the Olive Grove opened revealing a colorful setup and tantalizing aroma. Pink, teal, orange, and ivory lounges were perfectly placed around the outdoor space allowing attendees comfortable places to take a seat and enjoy their brunch. Around the perimeter, our chefs were working their culinary magic at a Chilaquiles and Chorizo con Papas Station, Wood-Fired Flatbread Station with Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable and Feta Cheese Pizza and Scrambled Egg, Bacon and Jack Cheese Breakfast Pizza, Mini Fruit Kabob Station, Mini French Toast Sticks with Nutella Station, and Kouign Amann Station. To wash it all down, guests stopped by our Bloody Mary and Michelada Bar and topped their drinks with items like olives and bacon. The Project Hope Alliance Anti-Gala hosts really wanted to wow their guests, and our Event Specialist, Patti, had just the recommendations. The experiential menu excited everyone as they walked through each station line watching their food get cooked right before their eyes. With full plates, guests took a seat and waited to see who won the silent auction items. Numbers were called off and winners claimed their prize, then awards were given out to members. Award winners posed for photos in front of a colorful backdrop and the afternoon ended with high spirits.
