Pastel Spring Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Emi and her bridesmaids got ready inside the Powder Room while Keith and his groomsmen suited up in the Parlor. Once everyone was in their wedding attire, Keith and Emi headed outside to Grand Gimeno’s Courtyard for their first look. A tap of the shoulder turned the groom around to see his stunning bride standing before him. The couple exchanged sweet compliments and was joined by their wedding party for group photos. Each bridesmaid wore different shades of pink and the groomsmen were in navy. After photos, everyone lined up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, left a voice message on Emi and Keith’s audio guest book, then took a seat. The aisle was lined with spring flowers leading up to two matching floral pillars under the olive trees. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of their closest friends and family, Emi and Keith read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Irish Mule and Pineapple Margarita signature drinks were being served at the bar while Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes made their way around cocktail hour. The pizza oven was turning out Wood-Fired Alfredo Blanca Pizza and Mediterranean Vegetable Pizza as a special surprise for guests. Everyone mixed and mingled until it was time to head inside for reception.

Inside, tables were topped with white candlesticks and pastel florals. As soon as everyone found their assigned table, Emi and Keith made their grand entrance. The newlyweds shared a sweet first dance then took a seat at their sweetheart table. A dinner of Chicken Santorini, Filet Mignon Carvery, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Almond Rice Pilaf, Green Beans, and Caesar Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom during their planning process with our event specialist, Brittany. While everyone was enjoying dinner, toasts were shared. Glasses clinked in the air as the last speech concluded, then it was time for dessert. A 2-tier cake was cut, and the couple invited their guests to indulge in something sweet. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best dance moves.
