Pastel Peach & Neutral Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Nicole and Marcus shared their first look in the Grand Gimeno Courtyard, then headed into the Foyer for private vows. The bride and groom read their handwritten promises to one another, posed for photos, then gathered with family for a traditional tea ceremony. Everyone took turns taking a seat and sipping tea while sharing their well wishes for Nicole and Marcus, and after the last sip of tea, the wedding party lined up for the ceremony.

Guests arrived in the Olive Grove, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. White, peach, and mauve flowers decorated the ceremony space and string lights hung above. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, Marcus and Nicole recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Mini Lobster Rolls were tray passed around the Olive Grove while the pizza oven pumped out Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Alfredo Bianca pizzas. To wash it all down, the bar served beer, wine, mixed drinks, and the newlywed’s signature cocktails, a French 75 and Pineapple Margarita. Guests mixed and mingled until it was time to check the seating chart and head inside for the reception.

Tables were topped with fresh floral arrangements and taupe candlesticks. The newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Friends and family shared toasts while dinner was served. The first course of Manchego and Marcona Salad was followed by Classic Filet Mignon and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Haricot Verts and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner the couple cut into their marble wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Kouign Amann Station and Classic Dessert Station with a collection of Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Mango and Passion Fruit Macarons, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
