Our Ellie's Table Cafe Takes Home First Place in the Best of San Juan Capistrano People’s Choice Horseshoe Awards

The final vote is in for The Capistrano Dispatch’s Best of San Juan Capistrano People’s Choice Horseshoe Awards and we are so happy that our cafe, Ellie's Table, has been chosen as winners alongside of some of our amazing neighboring small businesses for the categories of Best Spot to Cure a Sweet Tooth, Best Cup of Coffee and Best Menu for Healthy Choices!

Through 2020 during the pandemic, and still to this day, the support from our customers has always been huge. As a family owned business, we take pride in building relationships with our clientele and the surrounding community. When COVID hit, we, like many other businesses, did not know what would happen. Thankfully, we have outdoor patios, an incredible staff, and our amazing customers’ support that kept us up and running. We can’t thank everyone enough for the overflow of encouraging calls and visits to our cafe. Ellie’s Table was built on the slogan: “Happiness is Homemade,” and especially during these times we really feel like our customers are what complete our Ellie’s Table family.

Receiving these awards, especially after a year like 2020, means so much to us and we really can’t thank our customers and locals enough for voting for our cafe! Ellie’s Table took home the Gold Horseshoe for Best Spot to Cure a Sweet Tooth, so be sure you stop by and try our delicious pastries and dessert options! Congratulations to 3:16 Bakery Shop for winning Silver in this category. We also won Silver Horseshoe for Best Menu for Healthy Choices and Best Cup of Coffee. Congratulations to Hidden House Coffee and new kid on the block, Mayfield Restaurant and Marketplace for winning first place for these categories.
