OC Polo Club Sip & Spill

Guests arrived at the OC Polo Club in their summer attire to enjoy an evening in scenic Silverado Canyon accompanied by refreshment and community. Upon entry, the Clubhouse was serving up Paloma y Gin signature drinks and wine, and unveiled a Shrimp Ceviche station with tortilla chips, hot sauces, salsa, and Grilled Moroccan Vegetables. While guests sipped and snacked, our asadors were grilling up skirt steak for delicious Skirt Steak Sandwiches. With drinks and sandwiches in hand and game faces on, everyone headed to the Equestrian Terrace for a live polo match. After showing the horses some love, the whistle blew, and the game was on! Guests cheered from the sidelines as an exciting game of polo unfolded before them. Afterwards, the OC Polo team led a guided tour of the stables where guests were able to pose with the horses and take plenty of photos. The evening ended with lots of keepsake photos to cherish and a beautiful cotton candy sky.
