Modern Boho Estate on Second Wedding
Suited up and ready to go, Abram awaited his bride in the Attic at The Estate on Second. With his back facing the stairway, Abram could hear Christina’s footsteps drawing nearer. An embrace from behind was his cue, and without any hesitation, he turned around to see his beautiful bride standing before him. The two shared sweet compliments, then were joined by their bridal party for group photos. The groomsmen were dressed in black matching Abram, and the bridesmaids wore green. Christina of course stood out in her white, lace gown. Together they posed and created forever memories before lining up for ceremony.
Guests signed Christina and Abram’s guest book, then headed into the Crystal Ballroom. Inside, arrangements of toffee, pink, and white flowers mixed with greenery and pampas lined the aisle and decorated the ceremony arbor. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Christina who was all smiles. In front of their closest friends and family, Abram and Christina read personal vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Cocktail hour was abuzz with lively conversations. The bar was shaking and pouring the newlywed’s signature cocktails, a Cosmo and Dark and Stormy, while Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts and Red New Potato with Gorgonzola and Bacon were tray passed keeping guests refreshed and full until dinner. While everyone mixed and mingled, the bride and groom enjoyed their alone time outside posing for romantics with their photographer and snacking on some hors d’oeuvres. When cocktail hour ended, everyone was asked to make their way back into the Crystal Ballroom for dinner. Guests checked the seating chart and headed in.
Tables were topped with fresh floral arrangements and greenery garland intermingled with tea candles. Guests found their assigned seats and awaited the newlywed’s arrival. Everyone stood and cheered when the DJ announced the newly Mr. and Mrs. Abram and Christina made their grand entrance and shared their first dance in front of their sweetheart table before taking a seat. Next, dinner was served. BBQ Boneless Chicken, Sliced Beef Brisket, Mac and Cheese Station, Creamed Corn, Cornbread Muffins, and BBQ Chop Salad filled plates. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Arielle, during their planning process. Toasts were next and cups clinked in the air as each speech ended. The bride and groom played the wedding shoe game while guests finished up their dinner, and it was quite entertaining. Many laughs were shared, then it was time for dessert. Abram and Christina cut into their white cake with cappuccino creme filling, then invited their guests to indulge in our donut dessert station. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
