Love & A Live Band at Grand Gimeno

Kathrin and Christian tied the knot at their church then headed over to Grand Gimeno with all their guests to celebrate. Mai Tai and Moscow Mule cocktails greeted everyone as they entered the Foyer while Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed. A stationary Charcuterie Tray was also available for grazing! While guests mixed and mingled the wedding party posed for photos just outside. The bridesmaids wore black dresses and held bouquets of white flowers and the groomsmen and groom matched in black suits. Kathrin stood out in her classic white wedding gown contrasting everyone else in the bridal party. Together they smiled and made lasting memories before heading inside for reception.

Centerpieces of white florals and greenery stood tall on geometric stands at each round reception table while low arrangements ran the length of each remaining table. Guests grabbed one more cocktail, checked the seating chart for their table, and took a seat. The DJ announced Kathrin and Christian as husband and wife, and everyone stood while cheering and clapping. The newlyweds made their grand entrance into their first dance, then took a seat. Family and friends began sharing toasts just as the first course of Roasted Golden Beet Salad was served. Laughs were shared and glasses clinked in the air when each speech came to an end. Next, a dual entrée of Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Roasted Broccolini and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes was served to end the dinner service. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Patti, during their planning process. Right after dinner, the couple cut into their 2-tiered white cake with strawberry creme filling and invited their guests to indulge in dessert. The evening ended live music and everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
