Kickoff Parsec Summit Event at OC Polo Club

Employees of Parsec enjoyed a summit kickoff event at the Orange County Polo Club complete with our asado experience and live polo match. Upon arrival, Choripan Sliders and Empanadas were being tray passed while the Clubhouse bar was serving up Aperol Spritz cocktails, wine, and beer. Our talented team managed the grill and ensured all guests were indulging in our delicious Argentine offerings while checking into the event and getting settled. Afterwards, the asado buffet opened with Entrana, Pollo a la Parrilla, Potato, Egg, and Mustard Salad, Tomato and Onion Salad, Ensalada Las Mesas, Parrillada de Verduras, Fresh Baked Baguette and Chimichurri, and the live polo match began! Our event specialist, Lauren, assisted the Parsec team in the special event menu selection knowing our Asado Menu would be a hit. The evening ended with lots of cheering from the sidelines and good times shared between friends and co-workers.
