Green, White, and Candlelight Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Stephanie and TK met in the Olive Grove for their first look on the morning of their wedding. A tap on the shoulder turned TK around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a white wedding dress with applique details. Smiles immediately filled their faces and sweet compliments were shared, then the couple was joined by their wedding party for group photos before lining up for ceremony.

Guests trickled into the Olive Grove, signed Stephaine and TK’s guest book, and found a seat. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes made their rounds to hungry guests while Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Sweet & Salty Pancetta Pizzas were cut fresh from the oven. The bar served up refreshing Blueberry Mojito and Old Fashioned signature drinks to guests as they mixed and mingled posing for photos with the bride and groom. As the sun began to set, everyone headed inside for reception.

Tables were topped with white and green floral arrangements and printed menus finished with ribbon sat atop each place setting. Stephanie and TK made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Family and friends shared toasts while dinner was served. First, Pear and Walnut Salad, then guests selected from Niman Ranch Braised Short Ribs with Parmesan Polenta, Seared Ora King Salmon with Smashed Baby Potatoes and Braised Artichokes and Leeks, or Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Pasta for the main course. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their marble wedding cake with strawberry creme filling and invited their guests to indulge in our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
