Funky, Colorful Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Guests arrived in the Olive Grove for Jaslyn and Sean’s wedding, signed the guest book, and took a seat. Colorful floral arrangements lined the aisle and matching flower pillars stood tall under the olive trees. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Jaslyn and Sean recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed around the Foyer and Courtyard while everyone mixed and mingled. The bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, an Old Fashioned and Blackberry Mojito. While guests sipped and snacked, the bride and groom wandered around the venue posing for photos together as husband and wife, and upon their return, it was time for reception.

Back in the Olive Grove, tables were topped with colorful flowers, candles, and water goblets. The newlyweds made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Chicken Chevre, Grilled Mahi Mahi, Roasted Parsnip Puree, Roasted Broccolini, and Grilled Panzanella Salad was served while family and friends shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited everyone to indulge in our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes. The evening ended inside with everyone showing off their best moves out on the dance floor.
