For the Record Themed Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Kelsey and Bowei got ready inside Grand Gimeno, then met in the front courtyard for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Bowei around to see his beautiful bride standing before him. The two shared sweet compliments as their wedding party watched from the Powder Room and Parlor. After, they joined their bridesmaids and groomsmen in the Olive Grove for group photos before lining up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Olive Grove, signed a record guest book for the bride and groom, then took a seat. White and green flowers marked the ceremony backdrop. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Kelsey. In front of all their closest friends and family, Bowei and Kelsey read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Celebratory Tom Collins and Whiskey Sour signature drinks made their way around the Olive Grove for cocktail hour while Crab Cakes, Mini BBQ Chicken Pizzas, and Thai Chicken Spring Rolls were tray passed. Guests mixed, mingled, and posed for selfies with the newlyweds until it was time for reception. Everyone checked the record seating chart to find their table and headed inside.

Tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces and flickering candles. Kelsey and Bowei made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Vietnamese Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Grilled Panzanella Salad, Gochujang Brussels Sprouts, and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes were served while guests shared toasts. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist Casey. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their lemon wedding cake and invited guests to indulge in a little something sweet for dessert. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor sharing a dance with the bride and groom and celebrating their love story.
