Ellie's Table in San Juan Capistrano Introduces Their Carnitas Slider, Impossible Burger and Cheese Roll Burger

With the reopening of Ellie’s Table at Egan House comes a few surprises! If you haven’t seen our Instagram posts announcing our newest menu items, we strongly suggest you give us a follow to be the first to know. Two Fridays ago we unveiled the Cheese Roll Burger and Impossible Burger which are made to order, hot off the grill. The Cheese Roll Burger is made with Jay’s famous cheese roll, beef patty, cheddar cheese, and grilled red onion paired with a side of roasted pepper aioli. The Impossible Burger is made on a vegan bun with Impossible patty, grilled red onion, sliced Roma tomato, lettuce and avocado smash. Now everyone can enjoy a filling lunch!

Last week, we introduced our most mouthwatering item yet, the Carnitas Slider made with succulent carnitas meat, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers and pickled onion all sandwiched between Jay’s famous cheese roll. Pair this slider with one of our many delicious salads like our Agave Fresh Fruit Salad or Ellie’s Pasta Salad for an unforgettable meal.

Order select items online for cafe pick up or visit our cafe for breakfast or lunch on the patio, Tuesday - Sunday from 7:30am - 4pm. We can’t wait to see you!
