Hibiscus Mimosa
Aguachile – A spicy Mexican ceviche topped with avocado, mango, pickled onion, and cilantro. Served with a side of tortilla chips.
Salmon Elote Summer Salad – A bed of elote salad and kale with chipotle honey vinaigrette, daikon radish sprouts, avocado, and cotija cheese topped with 4 ounces of seared salmon.
Chicken Elote Wrap – Grilled chicken, arugula, avocado, pico, elote, and chipotle sauce all wrapped in a flour tortilla.
