Colorful Pink and Orange Fall Wedding at Serra Plaza

Alyssa and Marc met for their first look at Mission San Juan Capistrano while their bridesmaids and groomsmen snuck a peek from the sidelines. A tap on the shoulder turned Marc around to see his beautiful bride and the two shared sweet compliments and gifts, then were joined by their wedding party for group photos before heading back to Serra Plaza for the ceremony.

Guests entered the Serra Plaza Courtyard, signed Marc and Alyssa’s guest book, then took a seat. Vibrant pink, orange, and purple flowers decorated the aisle and Spanish fountain backdrop. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Alyssa. In front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Crab Cakes, Chicken Jalapeno Empanadas, and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed around the Lounge and the bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Paloma and Irish Mule. Guests mixed, mingled, and posed for selfies with the bride and groom, then headed back outside for the reception.

Bright pops of floral centerpieces were scattered atop each table in the Courtyard to match the flowers decorating the Spanish fountain. Alyssa and Marc made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Family and friends shared toasts while Tangerine and Pecan Salad, Classic Filet Mignon, Zucchini Lime Chicken, Roasted Broccolini, and Smashed Baby Potatoes were served. After dinner, the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in a slice. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and posing for photos with the bride and groom to commemorate the day.
