Colorful Jewel Toned Forme Wedding
Inside the Sunburst Suite at Forme, Kelsey buttoned up the back of her off-the-shoulder wedding gown and headed out for group photos with her bridesmaids. From the wooden fenced perimeter to the open-air loft, the bridal party served major looks at the camera and was dressed to impress. The vibrant group was dressed in blues, magenta, gold, purple, orange and more, perfectly matching the colorful flowers decorating the venue and the bouquets they held. Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen kept their color palette simple; black suits and white button up shirts with a pop of color boutonnière. Once group photos were complete, Russell and Kelsey headed up to the open-air loft for their first look. With a squeeze of the shoulders, Russell turned around to see his beautiful bride. Excited expressions and loving words were exchanged as the two hugged and kissed each other with their friends cheering them on from below. Feeling as ready as ever, the bride and groom and their wedding party lined up for the ceremony.
Guests signed the bride and groom’s guest book then took a seat inside where a sign that said, “pick a seat either side we’re all family once the knot is tied” was propped up. A golden, triangular arch stood at the head of the aisle against our geometric statement wall and was decorated in colorful flowers matching the theme. Shortly after everyone had arrived, the groom made his entrance followed by the rest of the wedding party and the bride. Kelsey and Russell read handwritten vows in front of all their family and friends, then sealed the deal with a kiss that garnered up loud cheers from the crowd. The newlyweds joyfully exited the ceremony and made their way into cocktail hour followed by all their guests.
Beer and wine were pouring at the bar while assorted Mini Palm Sandwiches were tray passed as a before dinner snack. Guests mixed and mingled in the outdoor courtyard while Kelsey and Russell snuck away for a few golden hour photos before rejoining their party. Well wishes and hugs were shared all around as the bride and groom made their rounds just before dinner, then everyone headed back inside. The sweetheart table was now in front of the golden floral backdrop and huge marquee letters with the newlywed’s last name stood behind the dance floor. Filled champagne glasses met everyone at their seats as Kelsey and Russell made their grand entrance into their first dance. Once seated, friends and family raised their champagne flutes and toasted to the newlyweds. Memories shared filled the room with laughter, then dinner was served. With help from our Event Specialist, Brianna, the bride and groom selected BBQ Boneless Chicken, Sliced Beef Brisket, Mac and Cheese Station, Baked Beans, BBQ Chopped Salad, and Cornbread Muffins with honey butter for their wedding dinner. While everyone was filling their plates and eating, the bride and groom played a fun game of ‘guess who’ where the bride and groom would hold up the shoe up of who said or did the item read as they sat back to back. Afterwards, the DJ invited everyone on the dance floor. Young and old flooded the floor and showed off their best moves. The evening ended with a big group photo to commemorate the special day.
