Colorful Florals in the Olive Grove at Grand Gimeno

Emily and Eddie met in the Courtyard at Grand Gimeno after getting ready inside the Parlor and Powder Room. A tap of the shoulder turned Eddie around to see his stunning bride standing before him dressed in a crepe and lace wedding gown. The couple exchanged sweet compliments, then joined their wedding party for group pictures. Each bridesmaid was dressed in a different shade of blue or patterned blue dress and the groomsmen wore navy. Together the party smiled for the camera, then lined up inside for the ceremony.

Guests arrived and found their way to the Olive Grove where the ceremony was set. Floral arrangements lined the aisle and a tall floral backdrop stood in front of the Spanish fountain. Once everyone had arrived, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Emily. Together in front of all their closest friends and family, the bride and groom recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

The pizza oven was busy making Wood-Fired Neapolitan Pizzas and Burrata Pizzas while tray passed Falafel Bites and Chicken Jalapeno Empanadas made their rounds to hungry guests. Refreshing Margarita and Bay Breeze Signature Cocktails were being shaken and stirred at the bar along beer, wine and other drinks. Everyone mixed and mingled around the fireplace and fire pit until it was time for reception. Guests checked the seating chart, then headed inside for dinner.

Tables were topped with colorful floral centerpieces, flickering candles, printed menus, and blue goblets. Once everyone found their assigned seats, Emily and Eddie made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at the sweetheart table. Family and friends stood to share toasts and glasses clinked in the air as each speech ended. Grilled Greek Chicken Kabobs, Filet Mignon Skewers, Greek Lemon Potatoes, Pita Bread, Orzo Salad, and Grilled Marinated Vegetables was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Arielle. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their marble wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with an assortment of Mini Lemon Curd Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Creme with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor sharing a dance with the bride and groom before saying their goodbyes.
