Colorful Fall Wedding at The Estate on Second
Kat and her wedding party popped champagne in the Bridal Suite while Mike added the finishing touches to his wedding day look downstairs inside the Crystal Ballroom. Once the bride and groom were ready, the couple met outside The Estate for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Mike around to see his beautiful bride standing before him dressed in a lace wedding gown. Smiles filled their faces, and happy tears were shed as they shared personal, handwritten vows. After the intimate moment, the bride and groom posed for photos with their wedding party, then lined up for the ceremony.
Colorful fall flowers in plum, purple, marigold, deep pink, and orange were arranged together for the ceremony backdrop inside the Crystal Ballroom and candles lined the aisle. Guests signed Kat and Mike’s guest book and took a seat under sparkling chandeliers. Once everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Kat. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, Kat and Mike recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Guests made their way into the Speakeasy where Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Glazed Pear and Goat Cheese Tarts were being tray passed, and the bar was serving up Appletini and Old Fashioned signature cocktails. While everyone mixed and mingled, the newlyweds made their rounds thanking everyone for coming and posing for photos together. After ensuring every guest was thanked, Mike and Kat headed back into the Crystal Ballroom for a first look at their reception setup, then hid away for their grand entrance.
Back in the Crystal Ballroom, tables were topped with black linens, candlesticks, and colorful floral bud vases. Printed menus topped each place setting and modern table numbers helped guests find their assigned seats. Kat and Mike made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table framed in by flowers. Toasts were shared and Zucchini Lime Chicken, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Caesar Salad was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist Brittany. After dinner the couple cut into their red velvet wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in a little something sweet for dessert. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best dance moves.
