Cinco de Mayo Casino San Clemente Wedding
While the boys were cracking open cold beers at the local bar, Amelia, her bridesmaids and her family took some time before the wedding ceremony to take photos. One of the sweetest moments was when she shared a teary-eyed first look with her father. While Amelia was wrapping up some final photo moments, Paul and his groomsmen made their way to The Casino San Clemente where they found gifts from the bride. She got each of them a beer and a pair of trendy flamingo socks with a festive Cinco de Mayo card as it was the theme of their wedding.
Greenery and white flowers decorated the mantle of the outdoor ceremony space for Amelia and Paul’s wedding. Touches of gold marked the back of the aisle where more greenery, white lilies and hydrangeas sat in vases. Guests took a seat as the wedding party made their way down the aisle. Paul walked arm-in-arm with his mother to the altar where he awaited his beautiful bride. Amelia made a glowing entrance with her father and all the guests stood while she gracefully walked towards her groom. The two exchanged vows and ended the ceremony with “I do.”
Tray passed Black Bean and Sweet Potato Empanadas and Mini Al Pastor Tacos were enjoyed during cocktail hour before everyone sat for dinner. To go with the Cinco de Mayo theme, Mexican Caesar Salad, Cheese Enchiladas with Ranchero Sauce, Tequila Lime Chicken, Refried Beans and Spanish Rice was served before the night got even more fun with dancing and dessert. The sombreros and cigars came out while the dance floor exploded with energy. Guests worked up an appetite from showing off all their dance moves, so as a late-night snack Del Taco was brought in and quickly devoured.
