Bubbly Wedding at The Rose Center

Guests made their way into the outdoor courtyard at the Rose Center where a tall wooden arbor decorated in white, pink and peach flowers stood tall on stage surrounded by pampas grass, greenery and candles. As everyone found a seat, Sojin and Young awaited their ceremony entrance in classic black and white wedding attire. Sojin glowed from head to toe in a beaded wedding gown and Young was suited up in a classic black tux with matching bowtie. As soon as the music cued up, the wedding party made their walk down the aisle ending with the beautiful bride. Sojin and Young broke bread and exchanged handwritten vows before sealing the deal with a kiss and being pronounced husband and wife.

During cocktail hour, the newlyweds snuck away for some photos as husband and wife while guests snacked on hors d’oeuvres in the courtyard. A selection of Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts and Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms were individually plated for guests to indulge in at their leisure and drinks from the bar were steadily pouring. Meanwhile, tables were being placed and perfected for plated dinner service. Each table was draped with a light grey linen and decorated with candles in votives and bud vases filled with flowers. Guests found their seats as the bride and groom re-entered the courtyard in a sea of bubbles for their first dance. After showing off their choreographed first dance, Sojin and Young took a seat at their sweetheart table and began listening to toasts while dinner was being served. Our Event Specialist, Sierra, along with the happy couple, hand selected the delicious plated dinner that was being served. The Pear and Walnut Salad course came first followed by a plated entree course of Zucchini Lime Chicken, Roasted Broccolini and Dauphinoise Potatoes. After dinner, a two-tiered lemon cake with strawberry creme filling and French buttercream icing was cut by the newlyweds and Sojin’s bouquet was tossed. Guests were able to select from an assortment of Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Dark Chocolate Ganache Brownies, Butterscotch Blondies, and Oreo Cheesecake Squares from our Sweet Treat Tray that had been set out for dessert. The bride and groom thanked everyone for coming to celebrate their love and ended the evening with a cheerful send off.
