Blush Pink Palette Wedding at Serra Plaza

Kristen and Alex met on the second story of Serra Plaza for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Alex around to see his beautiful bride Kristen standing before him in a lace wedding gown. The couple shared sweet compliments, posed for photos, then headed downstairs to join their bridesmaids and groomsmen. Each bridesmaid wore a blush pink dress, and the groomsmen wore black suits. With the Serra Plaza archways as a backdrop, the wedding party smiled for the camera creating lasting memories on film, then lined up for the ceremony.

Peach, white, and blush-colored flowers lined the aisle and decorated the Spanish fountain. Guests signed the bride and groom’s guest book and found their seats just in time for the ceremony to start. The wedding party made their entrances ending with Kristen. In front of all their family and friends, Kristen and Alex recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts and Thai Chicken Spring Rolls were tray passed around the Lounge while the bar served up Moscow Mule and Low Down Greyhound signature drinks. Competitive games of cornhole were played and guests mixed and mingled until it was time for the reception.

In the Courtyard, tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces in a spring color palette. Alex and Kristen made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Zucchini Lime Chicken, Tri-Tip Carvery, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, and Caesar Salad was served while family and friends shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Brittany. After dinner the newlyweds cut into their personal wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in something sweet for dessert. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
