Blush and Lace at The Estate on Second

Elizabeth completed her bridal look with a cathedral length veil and sparkling hair clip that complimented her lace wedding gown inside The Suite at The Estate on Second. She held a bouquet of blush and white florals wrapped together by a silk ribbon as she walked upstairs for her first look with Justin. Justin patiently waited for his bride in The Attic dressed in a navy suit and brown leather shoes. With a tap on the shoulder, Justin turned around with an excited expression on his face to see Elizabeth standing before him. The two shared a warm embrace and many laughs before heading back downstairs for their wedding ceremony.

Guests entered the Crystal Ballroom and took a seat on either side of the aisle. The center Palladian window, decorated in greenery, marked where Justin and Elizabeth would shortly be tying the knot. Soft music filled the air and friends and family turned their attention ahead. Justin was first to make an appearance down the aisle followed by  two bridesmaids and one groomsman. Lastly, everyone stood as Elizabeth made her entrance with a huge smile on her face, ready to marry the love of her life. The bride and groom exchanged vows and participated in a unity sand ceremony before exchanging rings and saying, “I do.” The newlyweds sealed the deal with a kiss, then led the way into cocktail hour.

Buffalo Chicken Drummettes and Gloria’s Caramelized Bacon Wrapped Franks were snacked on while guests enjoyed beverages from the bar including the bride and groom’s signature cocktails; a Melon Margarita and Paloma. The bride and groom were able to sneak away for a few newlywed photos together as cocktail hour was wrapping up. Meanwhile, back inside the Crystal Ballroom, white linens draped over each table and candles and greenery decorated the tabletops for the reception. Once everything was set, everyone was invited back inside to find their seat for dinner. Justin and Elizabeth made their grand entrance which led into their first dance in front of their sweetheart table. The crowd oohed and aahed as the two danced under sparkling chandeliers and shared sweet exchanges. After, dinner was served! The menu for the evening was organized by our Event Specialist, Sierra, with input from the bride and groom during their planning process. BBQ Boneless Chicken, Sliced Beef Brisket, Mac and Cheese Station, Cheesy Potatoes, and Caesar Salad filled guests’ plates. Toasts were made in celebration of the happy couple, and after dinner, a two-tiered chocolate cake with cappuccino creme filling and French buttercream icing was cut and shared, ending the evening on a sweet note.
