Blooming Floral Rose Center Wedding

Sharon and her bridal party arrived at the Rose Center hair and makeup ready for the big day. With help from her bridesmaids, Sharon slipped into her lace wedding dress and completed her look with accessories. While the bridesmaids were finishing up in the Bridal Suite, Vincent and his groomsmen arrived at the venue suited up and ready for photos. The guys put a blindfold on Vincent and led him across the venue to meet Sharon for their blind first touch. The bridesmaids in lavender and the groomsmen in grey lined up, and the bride and groom stood in the middle. The couple shared sweet words and a kiss, then everyone posed for group pictures before heading inside to line up for ceremony.

Guests arrived in the courtyard and grabbed a seat facing the stage. A wooden arbor decorated in flowers acted as the ceremony backdrop and more fresh flowers lined the aisle. Once everyone was seated, music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances. Sharon and Vincent were all smiles when their eyes met for the first time down the aisle. Standing side by side, the bride and groom read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and kissed. Guests cheered as the newlyweds exited the ceremony into cocktail hour.

Tray passed Crab Cakes and Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons made their rounds and the bar was serving the bride and groom’s signature cocktails, an Amaretto Sour and Mojito. Guests mixed and mingled while the wedding party wandered around the outside of the venue for group photos. Afterwards, the bride and groom headed back to the courtyard and took photos with their guests to end cocktail hour.

Inside, tables were draped in white linen and topped with purple, orange, and pink floral centerpieces. Guests checked the seating chart, then found their seats for dinner. Sharon and Vincent made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then sat at their sweetheart table for toasts after a quick change. Family and friends raised a glass and shared their fondest memories of the couple. Glasses clinked, then dinner was served. Chicken Piccata, Italian Green Beans with Pancetta, Capellini, Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms, and Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes filled guest’s plates. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Patti. While guests finished dinner, the bride and groom cut into their almond wedding cake with chocolate mousse filling, shared a bite, and sipped champagne. The evening ended out on the dance floor with everyone showing off their best moves and wishing the newlyweds well.
