Autumn Color Palette Wedding at Grand Gimeno

Ned and Rachel got ready with their bridesmaids and groomsmen, then headed out into Grand Gimeno’s Foyer for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Ned around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a lacey dress. Sweet compliments and handwritten vows were exchanged during the intimate moment, then the couple went out into the Olive Grove to post for photos with their wedding party before guests began arriving.

As soon as 4:00pm hit, guests took their seats in the Olive Grove. Greenery sat atop acrylic pillars as the ceremony backdrop and music filled the air. The wedding party made their entrances ending with Rachel. In front of all their closest friends and loving family, the bride and groom recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts, and Filet and Wild mushroom Wellingtons made their rounds around the Olive Grove for cocktail hour while the bar served up the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Dirty Martini and Espresso Martini. Everyone mixed and mingled until the sun began setting signaling the start to reception.

Inside, tables were topped with fresh florals in an autumn color palette. Rachel and Ned made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their head table. Friends and family shared toasts and Chicken Sonoma, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Filet Mignon Carvery, and Pear and Walnut Salad was served. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner, the couple had a private cake cutting and champagne tower pour, then invited their guests to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Curd Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Creme with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor having the time of their lives celebrating Rachel and Ned.
