A Vibrant Boho Wedding at The Casino
Erica and her bridesmaids and Chris and his groomsmen posed for the camera in the Rock Garden and outside of the Casino San Clemente to ensure their paths did not cross before the ceremony. Erica was dressed in a classic slip dress and her bridesmaids all matched in shades of yellow with bouquets of vibrant flowers completing their ensemble. Chris and his groomsmen were all dressed in black suits, and a western hat topped off Chris’ look. After all group pictures were complete, the wedding party lined up just as guests began arriving to the Casino.
Candles and wicker lanterns marked the front and back of the aisle and an arrangement of colorful flowers topped the Rock Garden mantle. Guests entered and took a seat, then the processional began. Smiles filled the faces of both the bride and groom when they locked eyes for the first time that day. Together in front of their family and friends, Chris and Erica read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and shared a sweet kiss to close out the ceremony.
Guests began lounging on the Patio of the Stars while tray passed Black Bean and Sweet Potato Empanadas and Crab Cakes made their rounds. The newlyweds snuck away for a few photos together as husband and wife, then joined their guests for the remainder of cocktail hour. Everyone mixed and mingled, and fun stories were shared, then it was time to head inside for dinner.
The West Wing was set for reception. Fresh fruit and flowers were arranged as centerpieces and boho pendant lights hung from the ceiling above the sweetheart table. Once everyone was seated, Chris and Erica made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat. Toasts were made and dinner was served. The menu consisted of Mexican Caesar Salad, Chicken Fajitas, Barbacoa Shredded Beef, Spanish Rice, Black Beans, and Jay’s Famous Tortilla Chips and Homemade Salsa that was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Brittany. After dinner everyone hit the dance floor to show off their best moves. The evening ended with a sweet treat and many well wishes for the bride and groom.
