A Stylish Wedding at The Estate on Second

Guests took their seats in the Crystal Ballroom at The Estate on Second for Shay and Matt’s wedding ceremony. The aisle-way was lined with white rose petals and eucalyptus garland hung framing the center Palladian window where the bride and groom would exchange vows. Meanwhile, Matt and Shay were with their posse of bridesmaids and groomsmen snapping a few photos before saying “I do.” Shay wore a breathtaking Hayley Paige wedding dress that was covered in lace along with statement boots from Sophia Webster. Matt was dressed up in a navy suit with black lapel. The stylish bride and groom made their way back into The Estate to get ready for their walk down the aisle. The music cued up and Matt walked out followed by the bridesmaids and groomsmen in the wedding party. Lastly, Shay made her appearance and walked to Matt down the aisle. Loving vows were shared, and the ceremony was sealed with a kiss and cheers from the crowd. Many high-fives were given out as the newlyweds made their way into cocktail hour.

Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Pomodoro Bruschetta on Parmesan Crostinis were tray passed and the bar opened pouring beer, wine and the couples signature cocktails: A Hawaiian Mule and Margarita. Good conversation and cocktails were flowing as Matt and Shay snuck away for some newlywed, just married photos. The two walked around the outside of The Estate and captured unforgettable memories before returning for their grand entrance and toasts. After friends and family shared sweet and funny memories about the couple, everyone was invited to enjoy dinner. Teriyaki and Pineapple Chicken Brochettes, Kalua Pork with a Pineapple Brown Sugar Glaze, Hawaiian Potato Macaroni Salad, Jasmine Rice and Stir Fry Vegetables were served buffet style. Once guests filled up on dinner, they either hit the dance floor to show off their moves or found their way over to the photo booth for funny photos with the bride, groom and friends. Before the evening ended and instead of a cake cutting, Matt and Shay shared a delicious donut with each other, then invited guests to join in on the assortment of homemade donuts at the dessert station.
