A Pastel Wedding at Forme Los Angeles

From pink robes to pastel dresses, Kaley’s bridesmaids finished getting ready for the big day in the Sunburst Suite at Forme while Matthew and the boys suited up downstairs. The bride, Kaley, changed into a whimsical, tulle wedding dress and made her big reveal in the open-air loft. With words of encouragement and many compliments from her bridesmaids, Kaley headed downstairs for her first look with Matthew who was waiting for her in a classic black suit. With a tap of the shoulder, Matthew turned around to see his stunning bride. Smiles filled their faces and Kaley did a twirl to give her groom a full 360 view. After their first look, they joined their bridal party for group photos around Forme before lining up for the ceremony.

A harpist serenaded guests as they entered the courtyard and signed Matthew and Kaley’s guest book. A mint, light pink and sky blue ceremony backdrop stood tall at the head of the aisle and pampas and fresh roses decorated the space. Once everyone was seated, Matthew lead the way followed by the groomsmen and bridesmaids and ending with the bride. Kaley and Matthew held hands as they shared vows in front of family and friends. Rings were exchanged and the bride and groom were pronounced husband and wife. Guests stood and cheered as the newlyweds kissed and walked out of the ceremony.

Cocktail hour was held in the courtyard where Filet & Wild Mushrooms and Lemon Parmesan Artichoke Hearts were tray passed as a light snack before dinner. Beer, wine, and soft drinks were served at the bar along with the bride and groom’s signature cocktails, an Italian Margarita and Sex on the Beach. An all white bounce house added entertainment for guests of all ages until it was time for the reception.

Guests found their seats inside where tables were topped with candles and flowers. The newlyweds excitedly made their grand entrance and shared their first dance in the middle of the room, then took their seats at the sweetheart table. Champagne was poured and toasts were made that had everyone laughing and some that brought on happy tears. Next, dinner was served! A buffet of Chicken Veronique, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, and Caesar Salad was unveiled and guests filled their plates. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Catering and Venue Manager, Rachel, to ensure all palates were pleased. The real fun began after dinner. The dance floor opened up and guests sang karaoke to popular songs on the dance floor. A donut bar with Sugar, Glazed, Chocolate and Confetti Donuts opened and everyone ended the evening on a sweet note before sending the bride and groom off.
