A Golden Hour Wedding at The Casino

After getting ready, Richard and Chelsie met in front of the Casino San Clemente for their first look. On the count of three, Richard turned around to see his stunning bride standing before him in a lace wedding dress. His emotions got the best of him and happy tears were shed. The two exchanged sweet compliments and soaked in the moment before heading inside to line up for the ceremony.

Guests arrived, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat in the Rock Garden. A floral garland and two floral arrangements adorned the fireplace and mantle, and white petals lined the aisle. Once everyone had taken their seats, the groom made his entrance followed by the wedding party and ending with the bride. Richard could hardly hold back tears when he saw Chelsie and soon the two were together in front of all their family and friends. The bride and groom read vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Guests enjoyed tray passed Crab Cakes and Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts on the Patio of the Stars while the newlyweds were off taking golden hour photos on the beach. Sunlight glistened on the waves as Richard and Chelsie twirled on the sand. Shortly after, they were back with their guests finishing up cocktail hour. When the sun was finally setting, the couple invited everyone inside to take a seat and enjoy dinner.

Tables were draped in green linens and topped with candles and floral centerpieces. Once everyone was seated, Chelsie and Richard made their grand entrance and took a seat for toasts. The first course of Ensalada Las Mesas was served right before the first speech. Next, Lemon and Thyme Chicken and Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Gochujang Brussels Sprouts made their rounds. The plated meal was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Brittany, during their planning process. Glasses clinked in the air when toasts ended, then the newlyweds headed outside for a private cake cutting. After a little something sweet, the evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
